How many times can I download my ebook?

   The eBooks can only be downloaded 4 times. 

Is there an audio version available for the books?

   Audiobooks are not yet available; but we are working on them. Sign up to our email list to receive updates and notifications whenever they get available. 

Do I need a special software to read the eBooks? 

   The ebooks can be read on any devices as long as your device supports PDF files.

What file format are your eBooks? 

   The eBooks are in PDF files.

After I purchase my eBook, will I always have access to it? 

   Yes, after your purchase, the book is yours. 

Can I access my ebooks without internet connection? 

   To be able to download the ebooks, you would need internet connection. After the books are downloaded, an internet connection would not be needed. 

I downloaded my ebooks a few months/days ago; but I can’t find them anymore. What should I do? 

   If you have lost your ebooks, email us at: info@thegoldenflower.org with proof of purchase (purchase confirmation) and we will send you other copies of your ebooks. 

Will I be taxed on my eBook purchase?

   No, the taxes are already included in the price.

After purchase, when will I have access to the ebook? 

   Immediately. After completion of your order, a link to download your ebook will be sent to you via email. 

Can I share my eBook with others? 

   No, all of the content is copyrighted by The Golden Flower.

Do you issue refunds?

   No, every sale is final.

What are the payment methods available?

   We accept major types of payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

I purchased my ebook, but didn’t receive a link for the download. What should I do?
